The toaster oven...well, I'm glad ours is still packed away in a box somewhere in our storage shed. Sort of makes me glad I'm still making do with our woefully under-cabinet-ed kitchen...sort of. Burn? Cabinets? Burn? Cabinets? Tough pick.

Second the aloe vera...for those first few hours though, the Dermoplast is Science PhD Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03927647627619995276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9910550.post-30364789471128961152007-05-02T13:01:00.000-07:002007-05-02T13:01:00.000-07:00OW! Got an aloe plant you can squish and rub on there?

When I was a teenager I worked at our local McDonald's and repeatedly came home with cross hatched burn marks on my arm from the fry baskets. They used to hurt like a SOB (and I'd get odd looks too).froggiemeaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08271814192238424709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9910550.post-53683296832981680282007-05-02T11:11:00.000-07:002007-05-02T11:11:00.000-07:00OWOWOWOWOWOWThat's gonna leave a mark.... Been there and done that with a damp dishcloth because I couldn't find the stupid silicone pot holders I got to protect me from doing stupid things like picking up something hot with say, a damp pot holder. I also recommend cocoa butter for burns - it at least smells a lot better than that Dermoplast spray stuff.Jeanihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04623528136649991363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9910550.post-2790200271548105142007-05-02T07:25:00.000-07:002007-05-02T07:25:00.000-07:00OUCH!! I'm told (wouldn't know from experience, of course, no, not me) that seabreezes or baybreezes also work spectacularly well to dull the pain of the burn...
