I too can really identify with this. <BR/><BR/>For me, it's pretty often a sign that I need more sleep. And that I have a lot of really boring things to do I'm avoiding by procrastinating on *everything*. <BR/><BR/>Good luck, and if you find a way to avoid doing this? I'd love to hear it.

I do the same thing UNLESS I have a LIST and cross stuff off it, giving me a sense of accomplishments. Of course, i have a few things that I just can't seem to get on the list....
